Each term, we typically offer clubs for primary students and secondary students, which may vary based on demand and seasonal sports.
Our clubs are regularly reviewed to ensure they meet the evolving interests of our students. At the beginning of the academic year, we dedicate two weeks for teachers to propose new clubs and for students to sign up. Subsequently, clubs are not held during the first and last week of each term.
Participation in clubs and activities at Shree Shiva Narsing Shikshyalaya is voluntary, emphasizing additional challenge, social interaction, and enjoyment for our learners. These opportunities allow students to explore a wide range of interests, fostering their growth as well-rounded and happy individuals. We are proactive in introducing new clubs or expanding existing ones to accommodate the interests of our students, encouraging them to make their own club choices whenever possible.
We maintain high expectations for commitment, behavior, and attendance during club sessions, aligning with our standards throughout the school day. External coaches are hired to enrich the club experience, and we emphasize the importance of regular attendance to optimize learning and resource utilization. Students are expected to attend regularly, and those who miss three sessions without a valid reason may forfeit their place to waitlisted students.
